Shift Accessible Homes is honored to welcome Michael Tait to our Board. Michael brings over 25 years of senior management experience across the health, hospitality, property development, and disability sectors. His extensive career has spanned various regions, including Polynesia, Indonesia, Australia, the UK, and Europe, working with both national and international organisations.

Since joining the community services sector in 2006, Michael has been deeply involved in numerous projects and committees, both within disability services and the broader community and nonprofit arenas. As the Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Bay, a founding member of Ability First Australia, Michael plays a key role on the Board, engaging with national disability issues.
